Janell Tochterman Swan

She exhibits dedication, versatility, and big picture thinking to cultivate 360 Media’s future. As CEO of 360 Media, Janell’s responsibilities include overseeing all facets of the business including executive collaboration, project management and timeline completion, consensus building, and establishing and maintaining client relations.

Experience Summary
Janell oversees the many aspects of video, design and web-based projects for clients as diverse as Siemens Industry Inc. (Mobility and Oil and Gas divisions), Kiewit and the City of Lone Tree.

Educational Background
Janell received a Bachelor of Science in English from Andrews University, as well as a Master of Arts in Speech-Language Pathology from Western Michigan University.

John Ordelheide II

Creative Director

Work Tasks
As Creative Director at 360 Media, John oversees the video production, design, and web development for all marketing and advertising campaigns. His creative expertise and ability to think out-of-the-box make him a valuable asset in developing an aesthetically pleasing and original final product.

Experience Summary
John’s creative experience has awarded him the leadership role on several transit-focused campaigns awarded to 360 Media. His role in the T-REX project, a partnership between the CDOT and the RTD, included camera direction, video production, editing, motion graphics and on-camera interviews with key public and private leaders, including then Governor Bill Owens and then Mayor John Hickenlooper. John completed much of the same on the FasTracks project, as well as conducting aerial helicopter shoots for both moving video and photographs on this campaign. Additionally, John has produced media for Forest City, GE and Panama Pacifico. Prior to his position with 360 Media, John gained experience in mass media at KLTV Channel 8 and Blue Mountain Television.

Educational Background
John attended Andrews University, Walla Walla University and Metro State College of Denver, where he pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Technical Communications.

Solomon Swan

VP of Strategy Development

Work Tasks
As the Vice President of Strategy Development at 360 Media, Solie develops new business and marketing and branding strategies, and (oversees, supervises, manages) client relationships.

Experience Summary
During his tenure at 360 Media Solie has supervised and participated in the development of marketing and branding strategies for several transit-related projects, including the South I-25 Urban Corridor Transportation Management Association (TMA), the Transit Rider Incentive Program (TRIP), and the RTD’s FlexPass Program. He also lent his skills to the videotaping, video editing and customer relations on the T-REX project in the Denver Metro area. Additionally, his clients include Littleton Adventist Hospital, Parker Adventist Hospital, Porter Adventist Hospital, Centura Health, Siemens Mobility and Siemens Oil and Gas.

Educational Background
Solie graduated Magna Cum Laude from Andrews University with a Bachelor of Arts in English and Religion.

Nicole Atwood

Marketing & Strategy Manager

Work Tasks
Nicole excels in combining traditional and non-traditional public relations and marketing tactics, resulting in successful campaigns for the clients of 360 Media. She is responsible for developing and maintaining marketing goals and objectives, creating marketing campaigns and constructing strategies for implementation. She oversees marketing, advertising and promotional tasks and staff. Additionally, Nicole manages the marketing, writing and editing of press material for campaigns, and coordinates interactions with the media.

Experience Summary
Nicole’s experiences at 360 Media include developing, implementing and executing public relations and marketing efforts on the South I-25 Urban Corridor TMA, producing a complete communication plan for Choose Outdoors MPB (Mountain Pine Beetle) Awareness Campaign, distributing press releases and creating advertisement content for the City of Lone Tree and cultivating and executing public relations strategies for the Park Meadows Retail Resort to promote special events and retailer openings. She currently serves as the account manager for 360 Media’s work on the RTD’s FlexPass Program, and was responsible for copywriting and editing marketing material for Siemens Mobility and Oil and Gas Division projects. Nicole is currently managing the website creation, writing and editing material for Littleton and Parker Adventist Hospitals; and the marketing, advertising and public relations for recareas.com.

Educational Background
Nicole holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Marketing from Fort Lewis College.

Tara Eversole

Senior Art Director

Work Tasks
As Senior Art Director at 360 Media, Tara’s experience includes the conceptualization and creation of all print related design. She is responsible for developing design standards, campaign development, illustration, layout, prepress, print proofing, photo retouching, branding and identity, logo development, regular client contact, tradeshows and managing a team of designers.

Experience Summary
Tara’s breadth and depth of experience includes such projects as the APTA Booth for Siemens Mobility in 2008 & 2011 and the RSSI Booth in 2009 & 2010. She has worked on such campaigns for Centura Health as Littleton Adventist Hospital’s banners and brochures, mission wall, redesign of The Birthplace identity, the Littleton Adventist Hospital Corporate Patient Portal, Patient Admissions Handbook, and the Castle Rock Adventist Health Campus’ invitations. She has also developed graphic standards for the City of Lone Tree and designed medical manuals and tradeshow graphics for WalkMed. Of special interest is Tara’s design and layout of the TMA’s CASTA signage, logo, branding, TRIP, Pledge Against Pollution Program identity and design, as well as her rebranding of the TRIP including design and marketing collateral for the TMA.

Educational Background
Tara achieved a Bachelor of Arts in Visual Communication at the Kendall College of Art and Design.

Cady Dawson

Senior Marketing Director

Work Tasks
Cady excels in transit planning, marketing, transit management, transportation demand management, education, advocacy, and public outreach. As Senior Marketing Director at 360 Media she helped 360 Media develop their marketing department and worked on a number of marketing capaigns for the Southeast Business Partnership to promote transit use, as well as on a number of campaigns for the Rocky Mountain Adventist Healthcare Foundation to promote fundraising efforts and special events.

Experience Summary
Cady has actively worked in the transportation and transit planning industry in Colorado for over 11 years. Ms. Dawson began her career working at the Southeast Business Partnership (SEBP) in Englewood, Colorado, and managed the Transportation Demand Management program for the organization. Ms. Dawson then moved into the consulting side of the transit industry and worked for TransitPlus, Inc. for six-years and has served on their Board of Directors since 2006. Ms. Dawson’s work at TransitPlus included: short-range transit planning, operational analysis and evaluation of transit systems, transit management, data collection and analysis, and extensive work related to the marketing of transit and alternative modes of transportation. Ms. Dawson currently is the Assistant Director of the Transit Alliance, an education and advocacy organization, and has managed all aspects of its Citizens’ Academy program since 2008. Cady is responsible for the planning and facilitation of the program, fundraising, communication, marketing and outreach activities for the Academy.

Cady received a Bachelor of Art in English with a Minor in Spanish from the University of Arizona

Joshua Sapir

Senior Film Director

Work Tasks
As Senior Film Director, Josh is responsible for every aspect of video production at 360 Media. He works directly with the technician and camera man, manages casting, reviews scripts, coaches actors and oversees the filming and review of each scene. Additionally, he oversees postproduction, editing, cohesiveness and the timing, sound and structural factors for every project.

Experience Summary
During his tenure at 360 Media, Josh has worked with a wide range of clients. He has worked extensively with Forest City Stapleton, FasTracks, the RTD, Siemens Mobility, Calgary Transit, the South I-25 Urban Corridor TMA, the Southeast Business Partnership and Centura Health in developing and implementing video solutions that have been distributed through traditional methods such as television and DVD, and non-traditional applications including web and viral video.

Educational Background
Josh received a Bachelor of Fine Art in Film Production from the University of Colorado in Boulder.
